A Case Report of Splenic Abscess

Abstract
|

|
Splenic abscess is a relatively uncommon cause of abdominal sepis. Because of low incidence of splenic abscess & non specific findings of clinical feature delay of diagnosis occurres occasionally with high mortality.
Author experienced a cases of splenic abscess in 37 years old female patient which was treated successfully by splenectomy and drainage.
